Australian property data is already callable from other MCP servers, including PropRadar, Stash, Microburbs and HTAG. Those are research APIs. This test is not another one.
If a later version exists, the only tool would be listing_search and the only paid action would be intro_request, for a listing the selling agent uploaded.
