When you install Resolved on your Shopify store, we access the following data via Shopify's API:
read_customers scope but do not store customer names, emails, or addresses. We only count total customers for store analytics.All data accessed is used solely to answer your customers' questions via the Resolved chatbot. Specifically:
Store data is cached on our server to provide fast responses. No customer personal information is stored. We do not store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses. Order data is limited to order number, status, and total — no line items or customer details.
Chat history is stored temporarily in memory only and is not persisted across app restarts.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your store data to any third party. Data is used exclusively within the Resolved application to power the chatbot.
When your customer asks a question, your store data (products, policies, order status) is sent to an AI model (xAI Grok or DeepSeek) to generate a response. The AI provider does not train on this data. Responses are generated in real-time and the data is not stored by the AI provider.
Uninstalling Resolved from your Shopify admin immediately revokes our API access. Any cached store data on our server is deleted. To request manual deletion, contact: privacy@keepingtrack.biz
